*Orders, if placed before 2:00 p.m, will ship within 48 hours of purchase Monday through Friday unless otherwise noted.
*Orders recieved on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Tuesday, unless otherwise noted.
*Sunday delivery is not available, unless otherwise noted.
*Our items can only be shipped to the 48 contiguous states,except for APO or FPO addresses.
*Saturday delivery is available in most areas by overnight USPS delivery for an additional charge and hand delivered only when noted.
*Changes to address information after the order has been shipped will result in a $10.00 charge.
*The delivery service may leave the package at the door if no one is home.
*When hand-delivery is not available, we rely on third party carriers to deliver your order. While we package and ship to arrive on your requested delivery date, your shipped package may arrive one or two days either before or after. Confirming the exact time of delivery for shipped items is beyond our control.
*Please understand delays outside our control also occur due to: weather, product availability, holiday rush season, incorrect address information entered, invalid delivery date entered and other conditions outside our control.
*For hospital deliveries, please make sure that the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery. |
